Residential Cleaning
This includes routine cleaning of the home, generally including dusting, wiping, and disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and general straightening.
Commercial
Cleaning
A routine cleaning for an office space includes general straightening, cleaning and disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping, refilling restroom supplies and trash removal. Dusting trash (dusting can be added for an additional fee).
Maintenance Cleaning
Scheduled regular general cleaning and straightening that can be done weekly, biweekly, or monthly

Cleaning
This is usually a one-time or occasional cleaning, perhaps for special occasions or as a first-time, move-in or move-out cleaning. It is a top-to-bottom cleaning of the home that is more in-depth than a maintenance cleaning.
The services listed above are the standard services but the following can be added on for an additional fee:
interior oven or refrigerator cleaning, baseboard cleaning, and detailing blinds.
